Goobelean vs The Evil Wizard
This was made for the Brackeys gam jam 2026.1
You touch an evil wizards orb, and that #$Q#*&$@#$ spreads your body across 5 different strange places across space and time, beat all the levels and get him to fix you!
A platformer puzzle game that integrates 5 different core mechanics that you have to utilize and switch between to defeat levels, while not running out of your resource and dying.
GREEN = basic WAD / arrow keys movement
BLUE = WASD / arrow keys to move around the map. Slides a lot so you have to be careful
RED = A / D / L&R arrow keys to face different directions, S / D arrow to swim downwards and W / U arrow to swim up. the more momentum you gain the further you can send yourself, though be careful you cannot move once your outside of the ground
PURPLE = WASD / arrow keys, whatever direction you press you are sent that way. A little hint to make levels easier is you can move directions mid air
YELLOW = WAD / arrow keys, just like green (basic platformer mechanics) plus whenever you jump it switches platforms on and off
Important thing to keep in mind is using TAB to zoom out to see whole level and Y to restart the level if you get stuck and ESCAPE to leave back to level select
the main game theme is Night Shade by AdhesiveWombat, Level select is Orangutangadang by Oliver Kachani and the Outro music is is the Boss Battle victory music from Links Awakening

Hi! hope you enjoy playing my game, one thing to note is that for whatever reason some of the text boxes got screwed up when exporting the project
1 more thing, while bug testing level 18 before submitting I forgot to return your character to the main area so you get to kinda skip the level sadly. So if you were confused at that level why it was so easy, just remember that you missed out on the greatest video game level of all time
